Gorge Wine Celebration
Columbia Gorge Wine Growers Association sponsors charity auction
The Columbia Gorge Wine Growers Association sponsors the yearly Gorge Wine Celebration for Hospice of The Gorge to benefit compassionate end-of-life care for those in need.
Hospice of The Gorge uses proceeds from the auction to help defray the cost of caring for patients and families who are uninsured, or whose insurance is insufficient to cover the cost of their care.

The Columbia Gorge Wine Grower's Association Wine Celebration for Hospice of The Gorge was a GREAT success!
Fun was had by all, and despite the economy, support for hospice was generous.

Those who attended discovered a “world of wine” and enjoyed wonderful gourmet food, music and a spirited auction.
This was a one-of-a-kind opportunity to taste wines from over 20 local wineries.

The 2008 Wine Celebration for Hospice
In 2008, the Columbia Gorge Wine Growers Association more than tripled their 2007 fundraising efforts. THANK YOU SO MUCH to everyone involved!!!
The Columbia Gorge Wine Growers Association
The Columbia Gorge Wine Growers Association is made up of more than 30 wineries on both the Oregon and Washington sides of the Columbia River Gorge.
Notably, as of July 9, 2004, the Columbia Gorge Appellation became a federally designated grape-growing region. The diversity of grapes, the soil, the elevation make the Columbia Gorge a wonderful place for growing grapes.
