We believe that every person deserves the right to have hope even in dying, and to die a peaceful death. General Donation
General donations help us care for patients who have no insurance or who have insufficient insurance to cover the cost of their care.
Memorial Donation
This is a general donation given in a loved one’s name.
IMPORTANT:
Please identify the name of the person who is being remembered in the “Billing Address Line 2” field in the PayPal form.
Important Note for Memorial Donations
Please be sure to let us know if you are making the donation as a "memorial" in someone's name. If you are, please be sure to:
- Clearly indicate the name of that person
- Tell us if someone should be notified, and if so, please give us their address so we can mail them a notice of your contribution. Unless you tell us otherwise, we will not indicate to them the amount of your contribution, just that a contribution was made.
